  • Can I Cancel My Membership Anytime?
    -Yes! We only ask that you notify us 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Please notify us at cancelfnlashes@gmail.com.
  • Can I book a refill outside of my membership cycle (refill advancements)?
    -No we do not offer refill advancements, any additional refills within your cycle will be performed as additional refills.
  • Can I Upgrade My Membership to another tier?
    -Yes you can! Upgrading your membership to another tier will cost $50 per tier increase plus the difference in membership pricing that will be effective on your upcoming cycle.
  • Will You Let Me Place My Membership on Hold?
    -Unfortunately we cannot put memberships on hold at this time.
  • Can I Bring My Old Lash Set From Another Salon for A Refill?
    -If you are a client coming from an outside salon and would like a refill, our lash artist will examine your lashes to determine if you need a complete lash removal. If you do not need a removal, a $90+ fill will be applied to your service.
  • What If My Old Set Is Not Refillable?
    -In the event that we cannot work with the extensions that you have on, we require that you remove your old lash extensions off completely. (Lash removal with membership purchased $15. Lash removal without membership purchased $30). Please also note: if we cannot work with what you have on and you refuse to remove your old extensions, we have the rights to refuse service.
  • Why Do I Need to Remove My Old Lashes?
    -Why do I need to remove my old lashes? We take immense pride in our work and we want to make sure that you are getting the highest quality service possible. Here at FN we want you to look stunning! You are going to love your new FN lashes!
  • What if I Don't Use My Membership?
    -If you are not able to come in for any reason and cannot use your membership contact us immediately! We do not offer refunds for unused membership.

    -We're sorry we cannot offer refunds on any memberships or services.
  • What happens if my lash tech cancels my appointment last minute? Worry Free Appoinntments
    At Alpha Luxe Lashes, we understand the importance of honoring your scheduled appointments. We offer a worry-free appointment policy to ensure that your appointment will not be canceled last minute. If we do not give you a minimum of a 24-hour notice of cancellation, we will reimburse you 100% of your service cost in store credit. This policy is our commitment to providing reliable and dependable service to our clients, giving you peace of mind when booking your lash appointments. Additionally, please note that in the rare case of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or salon closings due to emergencies, these events will not be covered by this policy. However, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and accommodate with rescheduling options. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive and stress-free experience when visiting Alpha Luxe Lashes.
  • What If I Cannot Make It to My Appointment?
    -For any reason you are not able to come to your appointment, please contact us immediately to reschedule within 24 hours to avoid any cancellation fees. Thank you!.
  • What If I'm Running Late to My Appointment?
    -If you are running late to your appointment, please notify us and we will try our best to fill you in for the remaining time of your service and you must sign a lateness waiver before receiving your scheduled service or else we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.
  • I Missed My Appointment!
    -Unfortunately, all no shows and last minute cancellations will be charged an automatic fee.
  • Am I required to keep a card on file for my appointments?
    -Yes, we require all guests to maintain a card on file/in our system for your services and memberships.

    -If you do not use all your membership refills for the month, we allow the unused refill to rollover to the next month. If you would like store credit issued for your unused refill, the credit is calculated as the difference in membership pricing.

  • What is the retention guarantee policy at Alpha Luxe Lashes?
    At Alpha Luxe Lashes, we have a retention guarantee policy to ensure your satisfaction with our lash extensions. If any lashes pop off within the first week of you having them on, we will fix it for free and provide you with a refund. It's important to note that if your lash extensions pop off without any natural lashes attached to them, you are eligible for the guarantee. However, if your extensions fall off with a natural lash attached to them, you will not be eligible for a refund or free fix. This policy reflects our commitment to providing high-quality and long-lasting lash extensions for our clients.
